At The Kind Gifts, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and securely. Below are our shipping options and policies.

1. Delivery Options (UK Mainland)

• Standard Delivery:
  • £3.75 (Excludes framed prints & canvases)
  • 5-7 business days dispatch time
• Express Delivery:
  • £4.95 (Cards, wraps & gifts only)
  • 1 business day dispatch (order by 1 PM Mon-Fri)
• Free Delivery:
  • Spend £25+ on cards, wraps, and gifts (excludes stamps)

2. UK Surcharge Zones

Some regions incur additional fees or require customer-arranged shipping:

• Scottish Highlands & Islands: AB31-AB56, FK19-FK21, etc.
• Channel Islands: JE, GY
• Isle of Man: IM
• Isles of Scilly: TR21-TR25

Note: Framed prints/canvases ship via FedEx (£8.95) and are excluded from free delivery.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select European countries (Germany, France, Ireland, etc.). Rates vary by destination:

• Germany: €11.95–€17.95
• France: €9.95–€13.95
• Ireland: €11.95–€14.95
  Delivery times: 5–7 business days (customs delays possible).

4. Tracking Your Order

• Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch.
• Royal Mail orders: Track via Royal Mail.
• FedEx orders: Track via FedEx.

5. Important Notes

• Address changes: Cannot be updated after dispatch.
• Missed deliveries: Follow carrier instructions for redelivery/pickup.
• Damaged items: Report within 48 hours via our Support Center.
